Morris P-8 is a new school that replaces the existing Morris Elementary School. The HVAC system consists of condenser water piping, hot water piping, and cooling towers. The classrooms are served by water source heat pumps. The makeup air units are located on the roof along with the gas rooftop units.
This project is an addition to the existing Central Chiller Plant. A new 500-ton chiller is being added to the plant. The chilled water lines are tied into the existing chilled water.
