This project is an addition to one of the secure buildings including a new chiller, boilers, pumps, and AHUs. The chilled water and hot water serves the air handling units and VAV boxes. The ductwork is installed throughout the building and humidifiers are being installed in it so the correct humidity is maintained.
This project is an addition to the existing detention facility. The project includes new DX units that serve the cells, exhaust fans, and a plumbing system including stainless steel security fixtures.
The Cook Museum will be a showcase when it opens. It has a chilled water and hot water system. The equipment consists of boilers, chillers, fan coil units, air handling units, and VAV boxes throughout the building. The majority of the ductwork is exposed spiral.
